Zulema poisons and kidnaps Macarena and also takes Palacios hostage. She insists that unless Leopoldo releases her boyfriend right away, Macarena will lose the baby, but Leopoldo has his own plan.

Macarena is out of the infirmary but the prison doctor wants to transfer her to a psychiatric hospital against her will. Macarena’s family has the stolen money but Zulema’s boyfriend is after them.

Román visits his sister, they only have each other. Román brings news: he will tell Macarena everything he found in his trip to Morocco.

Macarena maintains the order in prison with the help of the other prisoners that now work for her, Zulema strives to be a model of good behavior, waiting for her negotiations with Castillo. Fabio tells Macarena that he has delivered the money to Castillo and that he is not going to help her to escape.

Castillo has failed to fool Zulema and asks Macarena to help him finding the kidnapped girl. Sole gets ready for her wedding with Fernando, Saray finds out that she is pregnant and Rizos gets the third grade.

Macarena succeeds in getting Zulema where the girl is and helps Castillo to save her. The wedding between Fernando and Sole is celebrated with a sad end. Saray tells her mother that she is pregnant and Rizos gets her degree. Zulema gets a new plan to take revenge on Macarena.

Goya immediately preys upon Fátima. Zulema and Altagracia try to force Sandoval’s hand by targeting the person he cares about most: his ex-wife.

Sad news leads Tere to a happy reunion. Sandoval finally succeeds in awakening Zulema’s maternal instinct and uses it as a weapon against her.

An inmate comes back from the brink of death. Sandoval sets out to complete his mission of revenge. Sole’s exit strategy hits a snag.
