あらすじ
During the events of Kamen Rider Ghost, the Prince of the Ganma reflects on his history and origins.

第1話
Continuity with Kamen Rider Ghost: Chapter 1 takes place in 1950 (65 years before Ghost), 1960 (55 years before Ghost), 2005 (10 years before Ghost) and 2015. As for 2015, this chapter occurs over the course from episodes 1 to 12.
第2話
Continuity with Kamen Rider Ghost: Chapter 2 occurs over the course from episodes 16 to 26.
第3話
Continuity with Kamen Rider Ghost: Chapter 3 occurs sometime during and after Episode 29.
第4話
Continuity with Kamen Rider Ghost: This chapter takes place sometime after series finale. The final scene takes place many years into the future, presumably sometime after “Kamen Rider Ghost RE:BIRTH: Kamen Rider Specter”.
第5話
Takeru tries to figure out the intentions of the mysterious other Kamen Rider when he investigates gunfire at a local school.
第6話
Takeru, Akari, and Onari investigate a young musician who seems to have all sound around him disappear, but when another Gamma appears, Kamen Rider Ghost and Kamen Rider Specter battle each other once more, all over the spirit of Beethoven.
第7話
Sennin informs Takeru that the next hero he should seek out is Billy the Kid, and that it will be near one of his close friends. However, Takeru instead finds Makoto Fukami and he confronts him on what his true intentions are.

Takeru meets up with Professor Igarashi, one of his father’s friends, to see if his research can shed some light on what happened to him.

With all five Eyecons gathered, Saionji barges his way into Daitenkû-ji to the Monolith to demand the ability to take over the world. However, Takeru is taken into a giant mandala called the Great Eye that has appeared in the sky and is asked one question by a disembodied voice: “What is your wish?”

Takeru’s wish to bring Makoto’s sister Kanon back starts their search for the Eyecons all over again, but without Gammas to point the way, Akari and Onari are worried that they are too late to bring Takeru back to life.
