Crime drama series featuring Life On Mars' DCI Gene Hunt. After being shot in 2008, DI Alex Drake lands in 1981, where she finds herself in familiar company.

第1話

DI Alex Drake is taken hostage and shot, and wakes up in a brothel… in 1981. Rescued in a police raid, she quickly recognises DCI Gene Hunt and his team from detailed reports made by DCI Sam Tyler about his own trip to 1973.

Gene is determined to address London’s growing drugs problem, and has targeted city playboy Edward Markham as the brains behind the operation. Alex suspects Arthur Layton, the man who kidnapped her in 2008. Could Layton be the key to her return to her own time?

DCI Hunt is determined to keep a lid on protests against the London Docklands development. When a suspected member of the London Liberation Front is arrested, Alex asks her mother, a lawyer, to defend him. Meanwhile, Prince Charles is marrying Lady Diana Spencer and the in-crowd is partying at the Blitz Club.

Fresh from a successful drugs bust, Gene and the team investigate a prostitute’s rape allegation. A dangerous serial attacker may be at large, but the case is hampered by an unreliable witness and the suspect’s connections.

CID investigate a murder, and discover a plot to sell stolen nuclear secrets to the Revolutionary Workers Front. When Gene and Alex get trapped in a secret Government facility at Edgehampton, the temperature rises.

Gene and Alex discover that a notorious pimp and drug dealer has a major firearms deal in the pipeline. In an attempt to locate him, the team go undercover in a gay club, and Ray goes beyond the call of duty to get his man.

An armed robbery leads Gene to Chas Cale, a criminal he tried to bring down in Manchester. But when Chas reveals his alibi, Gene begins to wonder if he is past his prime as a DCI. Alex sends Ray and Chris undercover at the local pub in order to solve the case.

The team investigates the armed robbery of a fundraiser who has been travelling across the country in a bathtub full of baked beans to raise money for Children in Need. Alex thinks that a crime reconstruction on Police Five will do the trick, but Gene prefers some old-fashioned police work.

Alex is determined to prevent the murder of her parents in a car bomb attack. Gene, meanwhile, is determined to give a good impression to a visiting Lord Scarman, but the station is still dealing with the aftermath of a Gay Pride demonstration.

第1話

When a dead man is found in a Soho strip club, it looks like a sex game has gone wrong. So when the deceased is discovered to be a police officer, Gene and Alex are ordered to keep the case under wraps.

第2話

The team is on the hunt for major vehicle thief Jed Wicklow, but when a car chase leads to his death, Gene stands accused of causing it through reckless driving.

Alex is adamant that there was something wrong with Jed at the wheel and wants to prove that the crash wasn’t Gene’s fault. The deceased Jed was a Romany gypsy, and hostilities run high on the camp as CID heavy-handedly try to uncover the circumstances of his death. But in an investigation that’s already met with resistance, someone in the police force also appears to be standing in their way.

Animal rights activists have threatened a series of attacks in London and the first victim, the daughter of a commercial laboratory owner, is in hospital. Gene orders his team not to sleep until those responsible are behind bars.

Their first stop is a prison where Robin Elliot, a known animal rights campaigner, is serving time for killing a scientist in the 1970s. Alex is convinced that Robin knows about the planned attacks, but with no contact with the outside world, there doesn’t appear to be any way for him to be involved. Robin’s eerily prescient knowledge of the future makes Alex think that he could be involved not only with the case, but with her own fate; having heard the voices of ambulancemen, Alex worries that hope is fading for her survival in the present day.

A face from Gene’s old stomping ground of Manchester shows up called Jackie Queen. Jackie is a reporter who is investigating teenagers who traveled to London from the north and have disappeared.

When a violent burglary occurs at Alex’s in-laws’ house, she comes face-to-face with their son Peter, the 14-year-old future father of Molly! Alex is desperate to help Molly’s grandparents all she can, but Gene wants a big collar to bury the press stories of police corruption, and dismisses the case as trivial.

When the fingerprints from the crime scene reveal the burglar was George Staines, a notorious gangster, now supposedly dead, Gene realises this could be the catch he was after. Alex remembers hearing stories about the burglary, and is convinced that she would remember if the culprit was as infamous as Staines. Gene is determined to uncover the truth and get the headline he deserves.

Alex finally meets the mysterious man who has been leaving roses in her apartment and office. He tells her that she can go home to see her daughter again, but involves her becoming corrupt.

After a dead body is found in the canal it is identified as Colin Mitchell. Alex is certain that the dead man’s wife Donna is not telling everything and she is determined to uncover the truth. Back in 2008, Alex has surgery to remove the bullet from her brain.

CID find a body buried in concrete as they investigate a drugs drop at a building site. Alex thinks she is getting better and will soon wake up in her own time. Working on the case though starts to clash with her wish to be back home.

After Alex catches an infection back in 2008, she knows the doctors think she wont pull through. Distance grows between Alex and Gene and their relationship is put under the greatest strain yet.

Season 2

Selo slams Mpho for taking Monwabisi’s body and tells her she is not to be involved in the funeral arrangements. Mandlakazi wakes up and asks after Monwabisi. When Nokulunga goes to get Tsietsi’s clothes she clashes with Mpho and Mantsho. Selo dismisses her attempts to get him to make peace with Tsietsi. Tsietsi and Nokulunga look to future plans. Stitch is there for Reba. Damian tries to assert his authority at Namane Funerals when Violet gives orders. Violet comforts Mpho.

Season 2

Reba discovers Selo paid Tsietsi’s bail and feels devastated and betrayed. Selo washes and dresses Monwabisi. Nkonzo confronts Nokulunga about her past. Stitch says his goodbye’s to Monwabisi. Tsietsi discovers his mother has woken up. Damian and Nokulunga meet and the two divas suss each other out.

Season 2

It is a painful day in the Namane house as they lay one of their own to rest at Monwabisi’s funeral. But Mandlakazi lies in hospital with pipes coming out of her body and can’t bury her son. As if the pain isn’t enough, Nkonzo stops the burial, he wants Monwabisi’s body. Nokulunga has to stop an eager and pained Tsietsi from even thinking about going to the funeral, he will be back in jail before he even gets to sing ‘amagugu’. But this is also a good opportunity for Nokulunga to insert herself into the family that has discarded her for many years. Her speech at the funeral is priceless. Damian is determined to make this the best funeral Namane Funerals has ever handled, if it means fighting Violet for the spotlight, so be it.

Season 2

Selo’s plan to keep Monwabisi’s death a secret from Mandlakazi is thwarted when Nokulunga inadvertently lets the cat out of the bag during her visit with Mandlakazi. Mandlakazi is inconsolable, and she swears she will never forgive her family for not telling her. She sees an image of Monwabisi in her sedated state, and swears to him that she will protect him. Tsietsi finds it impossible to get a good lawyer for the money he has – a total of 300k which he smuggles out of his apartment undetected. He makes a stop in Mpho’s room to apologize for his crimes, saying he was not in his right mind when he shot Monwabisi. Violet and Damian are convinced that Stitch and Reba are having sex. Reba is so grief-stricken she does finally take Stitch to bed.

Season 2

Mandlakazi struggles to deal with Monwabisi’s death and blames Reba and Selo. Tsietsi is intent on finding a new way to make money. He sets his sights on working with the Namane’s arch business nemesis, Shabangu Funerals. Where Stitch sees his relationship with Reba growing from strength to strength, it seems Reba herself is having second thoughts about sleeping with him.

Season 2

While Selo hides the impending financial problems, Reba tries to deal with Shabangu and his tasteless advert. Mandlakazi takes out her anger and grief on Mpho and demands that Selo bring Tsietsi to her. Tsietsi and Nokulunga work on getting their tombstone business off the ground. Nokulunga has to steal some valuable data from Namane Funerals while Tsietsi has to make sure he doesn’t violate his bail conditions. Violet and Damian worry about their jobs; they try to lure Shabangu’s unhappy clients while. They revel in the fact that Stitch seems to be getting serious with Reba.

Season 2

Selo reluctantly invites and sneaks Tsietsi into the Namane House at Mandlakazi’s request making Tsietsi think there is a chance for reconciliation. Reba is shocked when she catches Tsietsi at the family home and reports him to the police. Nkonzo sets out to get Selo to make a statement confirming Reba’s allegations. Violet worries that Reba is not attracted to Stitch and that her friend is going to get hurt.

Season 2

Reba asks Mickey for a gun after seeing Tsietsi. Makhoza offers Selo a drink. Tsietsi starts cold calling clients for the tombstone business. Nokulunga catches Pinki with Tsietsi. Stitch is delighted with his relationship with Reba while Damian and Violet debate whether to tell her about Buzwe.

Season 2

Selo is missing for Monwabisi’s funeral and when he shows up, he’s drunk. Mantsho tells Mpho she’s taking Mpho back home. Mandlakazi clashes with Nokulunga but this time Nokulunga stands her ground. Nokulunga tries to make peace with Mpho and Mpho reveals she’s going back home. Selo and Mickey have a heart to heart, Selo sharing how guilty he feels. Reba nags Mickey to teach her how to shoot again but Mickey is noncommittal. Reba has found out that something shady is going on at Shabangu’s and she’s going to find out what it is. Mickey is not convinced it will go anywhere. Tsietsi is haunted by memories of the night he shot Monwabisi and Mandlakazi. Ms Booi approaches Buzwe with the idea of representing Tsietsi. Buzwe is not very keen but he’s intrigued by the proposal. Nokulunga tells Tsietsi Mpho is planning to go back home. Tsietsi calls Mandlakazi and begs her to stop Mpho. Damian suspects Selo is drinking again. Damian, Violet and Stitch reminisce about Monwabisi.

Season 2

Namane Funerals is losing clients in droves. It becomes worse when they lose the whole burial society who want to walk away with lots of money. This pushes Reba to play dirty and Selo to go back to gambling. Tsietsi’s on a mission to make money so he can be represented by a law firm with clout, not a start-up, no name brand like Buzwe.

Season 2

Shabangu and Tsietsi’s relationship breaks down, after an accident damages the Tombstones for the Botswana contract. SELO is struggling to keep it together without the support of Mandlakazi.

Season 2

Tsietsi consults Bab’Nkomonde. He surprises Mpho and gets a call from his mother. Reba outs Shabangu in the papers. Stitch meets Buzwe and Buzwe and Reba go on a date.

Season 2

The heat is turned up at Namane Funerals when the police seize the hearses. Makhoza applies more pressure to Selo and his added woes. Violet forces Reba to make a decision with regards to Stitch and Buzwe.

Season 2

Reba has had enough of Nkonzo’s antics and client complaints about having no hearses, and decides to call Buzwe up for legal reinforcement. She manages to get Nkonzo to relinquish the hearses. Stitch tries to find out where his relationship stands, with heavy coaching from Violet and Damian, but fails when Reba deflects. Tsietsi tries to smooth things over with Pinki, and is worried when Ms Booi seems worried about his court appearance.

Season 2

Mandlakazi warns Selo about the dangers of drinking when he is an alcoholic. A gift arrives from Monwabisi. Things are tense in the Namane household on the day of Tsietsi’s court date. Reba blows off steam and finds something to feel good about. Tsietsi consults Bab’Nkomonde who gives him magical ash to confuse the enemy in court. Ma’Mazibuko tries to get Nkonzo to take blessed water but Nkonzo believes all he needs is evidence to put Tsietsi away. It looks like Bab’Nkomonde’s magical ash is working.

Season 2

Tsietsi is shocked when Bab’Nkomonde’s Muti doesn’t prevent his trial date from being set, but keeps his calm in front of the media. Ms Booi invites Buzwe to go with her to meet Tsietsi. The wedge between Mandlakazi and Selo grows. Mandlakazi berates Mpho for opening the gift from Monwabisi. Reba takes over Tsietsi’s office and agrees to go out for dinner with Stitch. Damian and Violet butt heads over planning Gog’ Joyce’s funeral.

Season 2

Mandlakazi continues to alienate her family. Mpho and Selo feel the brunt of Mandlakazi’s rage. Reba focuses her attention on reviving Namane Funerals, and making sure Tsietsi will not be free – by hook or by crook. Tsietsi continues his dalliances with Pinki, despite Nokulunga’s disapproval. His attention is turned to his mother, when he receives a mysterious message from her. Tug-of war for NF funeral planner between Damian and Violet gets nasty. Damian encourages Stitch to man-up and take the lead with Reba.

Season 2

Selo’s drinking increases, he even sleeps in his car and asks the helper to lie about seeing him. He keeps finding solace in MaKhoza. When he gets to the office, he refuses to solve an issue with a client, as he is drunk and Damian smells it. Violet and Damian get frustrated when they can’t get help from Selo or Reba as they deal with a very difficult Gog’Joyce. The trap has been set. Nkonzo is waiting to pounce on his prey but unknown to him Zungu has unwittingly let on to Ms Booi. The moment Ms Booi hears Tsietsi has gone to see his mother, she puts two and two together and the whole operation evaporates in front of Nkonzo’s eyes. Meanwhile Reba is tortured by her guilt at acting unethically. Damian helps Selo cover his reeking breath with coffee and a mint.

Season 2

Mandlakazi warms to Selo after he stands up for the family against Nkonzo. Tsietsi figures out that Reba set him up. He pays her a visit to give her a warning. He sees Mpho and claims there is still a spark between them as much as she may hate him now. The Armed Forces come to speak to Selo about an urgent matter. They refuse to deal with Reba due to her behavior during the pitch (she was drugged by Tsietsi but they don’t know this) and Reba feels humiliated.

Season 2

A crisis with the army barracks forces Selo to put his foot down with Reba, who is bitter about her exclusion from the deal. Selo fights tooth and nail to avoid the bottle. Tsietsi arrogantly rejects Shabangu’s business proposition, only for Tsietsi to face the consequences. Stitch’s spirits are rejuvenated when Reba apologizes for ignoring him and wants to make up for it.

Season 2

It’s a big day at Namane Funerals as the soldiers are transported. Selo arrives home from a night of drinking, the family is not impressed. Reba makes a mistake that gravely impacts the company. Nkonzo learns a victim’s children will go into the Welfare system. He realizes the extent of his negligence and has to face the consequences. Violet defends a heartbroken Stitch and Damian has to deal with an angry, bereaved couple.

Season 2

Selo manages to convince the cremation mix-up client to be understanding and let go, he uses his sad story of his family. He gets no praise or appreciation from Mandlakazi. Their happiness is soon dampened by the email from the Military which makes Selo worry about payment. He ends up with MaKhoza at Kgosi’s relieving his stress. Suspension hasn’t dampened Nkonzo’s determination to get Tsietsi locked up for life. In the meantime, Mpho has a strange dream about Tsietsi. Tsietsi is strengthening himself with Nkomonde’s Muti. But we see a gentle side of him as he sends Mpho a baby gift. Nonetheless, Tsietsi gets up to no good. Stitch tells Damian, Violet and Reba that he’s resigning.

Season 2

Selo announces the family will do a cleansing ritual. Reba is uncomfortable while Mandlakazi doesn’t want to do it without Tsietsi but Selo is adamant. General Modise finds out about Selo’s bribe and cancels the military contract. Namane Funerals has to start getting used to life without Stitch, and Damian and Violet start looking for people to interview for the mortician position. Tsietsi sells embalming powder and gets enough for his deposit for a lawyer while Nkonzo approaches Buzwe and tries to dissuade him from taking Tsietsi’s case.

Season 2

The Namanes butt heads as they prepare for the family ceremony. Reba and Buzwe’s relationship continues to blossom while Selo’s financial decisions come back to haunt him. Nkonzo ignores his suspension and goes back on the hunt for Tsietsi after hearing he is suspected of stealing from Shabangu. Violet and Damian do damage control after Stitch’s departure.

Season 2

Tsietsi tries to entice Buzwe with money, but Buzwe refuses to represent him. Nkonzo vows to keep an eye on Buzwe. Tsietsi tells the papers about Nkonzo’s suspension. Nokulunga comes to the cleansing in Tsietsi’s place. To everyone’s horror the goat dies. The Biyela’s want the Namanes to pay back the money. Violet and Damian vow to support the family, and go to the cleansing.

Season 2

Mpho goes to lay flowers on Monwabisi’s grave following the death of the goat, and finds the grave desecrated. She finds an unlikely ally in Tsietsi, who is willing to help her put the grave site back in order. Mandlakazi inadvertently meets Buzwe and likes him. Nkonzo sees Reba and Buzwe together and confronts Buzwe, who punches him. Nkonzo arrests Buzwe. Selo has to pay the bail bondsman, and resorts to gambling. He has a lucky streak and wins, but then thieves help themselves to his takings.

Season 2

Selo drinks after being robbed of his gambling winnings. Mpho and Tsietsi agree to work together restoring Monwabisi’s defaced grave. Nkonzo releases Buzwe from jail and is reinstated to the force. Buzwe takes Tsietsi’ case. Damian and Violet get in a sticky situation trying to do Stitch’s job. Selo appoints a new mortician.

Season 2

The Biyela’s admit to vandalizing Monwabisi’s grave and demand payment. Mpho and Tsietsi fix the grave secretly. Reba finds out that Buzwe is representing Tsietsi.

Season 2

Tsietsi is desperate to make money so that they can pay Buzwe. Nokulunga offers to help, she calls a gangster, little does she know she’s putting her life at great risk. Selo feels dethroned in his own company when the staff obey Reba’s orders and ideas instead of his. Mandlakazi wants to play matchmaker between Reba and Buzwe. And Buzwe shows Nkonzo that he has one over him.

Season 2

The Namanes lose the military contract and Mam’Biyela curses the Namanes family. Mandlakazi is getting desperate, sensing Monwabisi’s unsettled spirit. Violet and Damian decide to move in together but it quickly proves a challenge. Tsietsi is shocked when he realizes who kidnapped him.

第1話

Alex soon realises she has not returned home after all, and wakes up in 1983. Gene is on the run, and DCI Jim Keats has arrived from Complaints to investigate CID following the shooting. Newly-promoted DI Ray Carling leads an investigation into the kidnapping of a young girl, and sets up a sting operation. Alex decides that she will have to discover the truth about Gene if she is ever to get back to her own time.

A severed hand is sent to Fenchurch station. Discovering that several women have been murdered, Alex decides to join the dating agency they all used. Alex tries to discover the truth about Sam Tyler’s death, but Gene is obstructive.

第3話

Gene and the rest of CID are feeling the pressure to stop a series of politically motivated arson attacks in the lead up to the 1983 General Election, after a military compound and a polling station are set alight. DCI Jim Keats announces his plans to monitor the way Hunt and his team work while trying to turn each member of of the team against Gene. Elsewhere, Alex continues to mount her investigation into what really happened to Sam Tyler in 1980 and is struggling to work out why she is being haunted by the young police officer.

Gene discovers that an undercover operation to catch several drug dealers is taking place on his patch without his knowledge. Determined to take control Hunt blows the cover of an undercover operative who turns up at CID and is eventually placed under his protection, yet it seems someone on the inside is twisting things to help the drug dealers stay out on the streets. Meanwhile, the deceased police officer continues to haunt Alex. Could he actually be her key to getting home?

When DCI Gene Hunt’s former Manchester colleagues, DCI Litton and DI Bevan, turn up on his patch he immediately smells a rat. They’re in pursuit of northern comic Frank Hardwick who’s wanted for stealing 2,000 pounds from the Police Widows Fund. However, their desperation to track him down leaves Gene and DI Alex Drake suspicious of their real motive.

All hell has broken loose at Fenchurch East prison; the inmates are rioting and DCI Gene Hunt is ready to go in all guns blazing to teach the lags a lesson. However, things don’t go to plan; the riot team are hugely outnumbered, and in the chaos of the retreat someone is left behind.

第7話

DCI Jim Keats has almost finished his report into DCI Gene Hunt and his team, but he’s still pushing DI Alex Drake to find out what really happened to Sam Tyler.

When reports come in of a disturbance at an ANC illegal drinking den Gene heads in all guns blazing. The men at the club are quick to dismiss the disturbance as nothing, but when DI Ray Carling spots blood on the floor and discovers a dead body, it leads Gene into a murder investigation.

DCI Gene Hunt and his team are investigating a diamond heist following the murder of three London gang members. But DI Alex Drake is distracted and, with encouragement from DCI Jim Keats, she decides to pursue her own investigation to the bitter end – did Gene Hunt murder Sam Tyler?

When Gene discovers that Alex has gone, he races after her leaving Ray Carling, Chris Skelton and Shaz Granger to plan an ambitious sting operation.

As Gene desperately tries to reach Alex before she discovers the truth, Chris, Shaz and Ray’s world completely falls apart. It’s time for Alex and the rest of the team to find out the truth about Gene Hunt…
