Half-Japanese orphan Joe Shimamura wakes up one day on an operating table with no memory of who he was, and how he got there. With the help of a mysterious voice, Joe breaks out of his prison and quickly learns that the world is a dangerous place…

The 00 cyborgs may be free from the operating table, but their adventures have only begun. As they seek a way to escape their captors, Joe Shimamura learns of the Black Ghost organization that captured him and its goals concerning the 00 cyborgs.

After the 00 Cyborgs destroyed the Black Ghost Base on X Island, they fled to Japan and lived with Dr. Gilmore’s friend Dr. Kozumi. They’re living peacefully at the doctor’s home. But Black Ghost is still alive and hiding somewhere in the world. While 009 is still troubled by his past. Where he was committed of killing the priest at his home, the orphanage. He escape the authorities, and that what lead him to being found by the Black Ghost organization that turn him into a cyborg. During a power failure at Dr. Kozumi’s home, the cyborgs went outside to investigate. Only they run into Black Ghost’s new Human Cyborg, 0010. Who was ordered to vaporize the 00 cyborgs with his electrical powers. And he’s not an easy target, as he surpasses the skills and levels of all the cyborgs including 009.

009 is seriously hurt after fighting 0010. The other cyborgs try to figure out how they could defeat him. Their only clue is that 0010 doesn’t fight when it rains. So they work other a strategy in getting 0010 in the ocean so they can have a better advantage. But little do they know is that Cyborg 0010 is accompanied by another cyborg working for Black Ghost.

004 has been remembering his past about losing Hilda at the border of Germany. This seems to trouble him allot whenever he thinks about it. While The other cyborgs have been taking patrol and watch for any Black Ghost activity. And out of the blue came a new cyborg, which is large sphere shape machine known as 0011. He’s been order to kill off the cyborgs in exchange for his original body. 004 refuses to kill him, because 0011 has a family of his own. A family he can’t return to with the body he’s in. Can the cyborgs destroy this sad cyborg before it destroys them?

Dr. Kozumi has gone missing, so 004, 007, & 009 went to investigate the doctor’s whereabouts. They ended up discovering a mansion own by a mysterious woman who is waiting for her husband to return home. 007 admires the woman, while 009 and 007 suspect that something is not right. As the mansion they’re in isn’t any ordinary one.

The cyborg continue to search for Dr. Kozumi. They only know he’s somewhere in Tokyo. 009 meets his old friend from the orphanage, Yazu, who’s a rowdy punk who likes to walk around and act tough. He’s trying to get some bread from a large guy who only speaks every now and then. Then a weird looking man comes by and tells the large fellow to come with him. After that Yazu mentioned he saw that guy before. Who had connections with the priest. Yazu claimed that the Preist was a fraud, but 009 denied that it’s true. Little does 009 know is that large fellow with the bread and the weird looking guy work for Black Ghost. And they’re about to meet up with 0013.

0013 is big and unseen by the human eye. 009 is confused on why 0013 didn’t finish him off. He decides to confront 0013 as he has an idea. On his way through the remains of Tokyo, he finds a lost girl, and decides to protect her from harms ways. Then he encounter the same weird looking guy who pushed around the large fellow with the bread. He revealed to 009 that the priest at the orphanage was working with black ghost, but he killed him for trying to give information to the police. 009 is upset and furious to hear that the priest was killed just for that. Not only did he found the one responsible for the burning of the orphanage, but he also has to find a way to stop 0013. And who is the large fellow who doesn’t speak too much?

In the Republic of Muanba, a dictator has his own people slaved over mining a mineral called Ironstone X. The locals demand their own freedom. Right till an advance armored tank operated by a strange solider has offered them a greater advantage to over rule the dictator. Muanba is in fact oo8/Pyuma’s home so he, 009 and 002 went to investigate the new armored tank provided by the strange solider. That same solider also offers the dictator an advantage against the locals who are now rebels. The strange solider is in fact working for Black Ghost. Black Ghost is planning to take the Ironstone X resources by getting the people of Muanba kill each other. The 3 cyborgs decide to help 008’s rebel friends by fighting against the dictator and the Cyborgmen Soliders.

The Rebels, 008, 002, and 009 fleet to the Jungle after the attack from the Cyborgman Soldiers. They encountered the same Cyborgman who provided advance tanks for the rebels and the dictator of Muanba. He attacks them with all he’s got on his Advance Tank and a series of robotic snakes. They escaped underground with the help of 006 and 003. Both groups went to a new rebel camp. 008 couldn’t help but think that the Cyborgman reminds him of a friend he knew way back. He decides to face him alone. 008 finds out that the Cyborgman Soldier is his friend. But he doesn’t show him any mercy and takes him back to a Muanba Base. The other cyborgs seek to save 008, but will 008 fight his old friend?

009, 003, & 007 are helping Chang(006) at his Chinese Gourmet Restraunt. While the other Cyborg went their separate ways. And they all learned hook to make and cook food from 006. All except 002, who finds it very ridiculous in learning how to cook. Only he finds it harder than it look, and ends up being the only cyborg starving to death.

Jet(Cyborg 002) has been living in his old hometown of New York for sometime now. We learn a bit of his past as a regular human punk beating up other punks in New York. One night he’s being chased by the police, and then he comes across the men in black suits who work for Black Ghost. They offer him a new opportunity or end up getting caught by the police. Ofcourse Jet choose to go with them. He made friends with a neighborhood kid, Jimmy, which he taught him how to box and stories of his own version of the 00 Cyborgs. After a fight with 2 kids, Jimmy’s Mom wasn’t at all pleased with her own son learning boxing from Jet. The next day, there was a fire at Jimmy’s Mom’s work, and his mom is trapped in there. Jet goes in the building to search for her, but he won’t have enough time on foot. And the only way Jet can save her is by using his Jet boots to get to where Jimmy’s Mom is, real quick. Which means he’ll have to reveal to her that he’s Cyborg 002.

Certain locals have been set on fire for unknown reasons. Meanwhile 009 has a new pet dog name Kubikuro. He first encounter the dog as a puppy who was previously living with his parents and a street performer. One day however the street performer and Kubikuro’s parents were ran over. But for some reason Kubikuro remained OK. Feeling pity for the pup, 009 decides to take care of Kubikuro. 009 has grown a bond with the dog and life seems perfect for 009. But for some reason Kubikuro would wander off during the night and come back the next day. A new murder would occur every time this happen. It may seem coincidence, but 009 decides to follow his dog. Soon he finds out that it was Kubikuro who’s been burning victims. Reason why is he’s seeking revenge on the murders of his parent’s death. 009 couldn’t bear to see his own dog like this. Will he be able to reason with Kubikuro(now a blinded killing machine) or will he end up killing his own pet?

Dr. Gilmore receives a letter from his friend Dr. Ross, who’s been set free ever since Black Ghost was eliminated. Dr. Roos is now part of a nature valley where he claims to discover living dinosaurs roaming around the valley. Dr. Gilmore asks 009, 002, and 005 to go visit Dr. Ross, in order to catch the beasts. But 3 cyborg wonder if Dr. Ross is truly out of the clutches of Black Ghost, and do these living dinosaurs exist?

Strange and deadly phenomena are showing up everywhere on the globe. It’s massive destruction and people are starting to ask if this is an act of God. The 00 Cyborgs collected the named of all the locations that have had a phenomena occurred. Dr. Gilmore placed the dotes on the map which turns out to spell out God in Greek. And they can now determine what the next location will be. And it turned out that their theory was right as a large storm tore the new location apart and soon left nothing but a crater. Then from the storm appeared Greek Gods: Apollo,Achilles,Miniatauros, etc. The cyborgs fought the Gods with all their might. But they soon find out that these so called Gods are not too easy to beat. And they really dealing with Gods?

The cyborgs located the so called Greek Gods to an island which is their base. They later begin to fight against the enemy who reveal to them that they’re cyborgs as well as them. Apollo, Hera, Achilles, Miniatauros, and a strange man have not been getting along with Artemis, Pan and Atlas. But they still agree that the 00 Cyborgs are their enemies more or less.

Since 00 Cyborg’s enemies are cyborgs too. Our heroes try to find the creator of these cyborgs and see which side he’s own so they can negotiate. 009 was recovered by Artemis, after the battle against Apollo. She reminded him to not to return here and left. Hera saw the whole thing from a hidden distance and told the other Mytho Cyborgs, who weren’t pleased to hear. 007 sneaked into the Greek palace and discovered the man behind the Mytho Cyborgs is one of Black Ghost’s scientists, Dr. Geya. Gilmore explained that Geya is once worked with him in developing cyborgs but was withdrew when he wasn’t allowed to have full control over the production. Dr. Geya wanted to erase the cyborgs’ human memories, which Dr. Gilmore would never allow. Now the cyborgs know who’s leading the Mytho Cyborgs.

001, 007, 008, and Dr. Gilmore head for the power device that’s generating the island. While 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, & 009 fight against the remaining Mytho cyborgs. Pan found Artemis lying near the shore after she got shot by Dr. Geya for helping 009. She was still alive, but very weak. Pan helped her abit, and with the last of her strength she heads towards the battle to stop Apollo and 009’s duel. Artemis must tell her brother that Dr. Geya’s real plan was too spread confusion and not peace in the world. But when Dr. Geya activate the power device so hard, it caused an earthquake and lava to surface the area, where it be a matter of time till the island sinks into the ocean.

Dr. Gilmore writes in his notebook on all the cyborgs that Black Ghost created from good to bad. He gives out brief profiles on 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 0010, 0011, 0012, 0013, The CyborgMan Team, The Mythos Cyborg: Apollo, Poseidon, Minotauros, Achilles, Atlas, Nereus, Pan, Hera, & Artemis. 009 brings up the subject that they’re unable to wipe out the Black Ghost Organization, because there’s always a follower taking place on the throne. 001 senses an abnormal source that’s about to happen, but he went back to sleep. And he was right as a giant organism appears out of no where and heads for a major city.

Around the globe disaster has occurred at oil companies and plants with harm-full substances that interfere with the beauty of nature. The one causing this is what appears to be a blue wild cat. 005 traveled to his homeland, only to find construction drilling for oil, which is polluting the water and destroying the image of a beautiful desert. The blue beast that’s been salvaging the plants has recently killed most of the construction employees. 005 confronts the beast itself, as he believes it’s a cyborg sent by Black Ghost.

After 009’s acceleration mode was upgraded with a speed enhancement, he finds his surroundings to be absolutely still. He can’t figure out why time has stopped, and why his acceleration switch doesn’t work at all. Can he find his way out of this mess, as well as averting a major crisis at the city?

Dr. Gilmore, 009, and 003 enjoy the historical landmarks of Egypt’s Valley of the Kings. But an illness has been spreading and effecting several victims. It’s all connected to a flower that’s like no ordinary kind. It was developed by a terrorist society that holds both the world’s deadliest virus and its only known vaccine. Dr. Gilmore contacts the other cyborgs to help stop these terrorists from harming hundred of innocent lives in the Middle East.

009 meets Ixquic, a princess who sings and appears when the wind is blowing. She is stuck guarding an ancient temple (that appears along with her). Joe grows a liking for Ixquic, but is she really a princess?

Today was the “Star Festival”, a celebration when meteor showers occur. Joe was on train, and had a feeling that something good would occur if he went to the next Trainstop. There he met a mysterious girl named Alice. She wants Joe to guide her home, because she claims to known him since he was a kid. One the way, Alice states that she’s able to jump time periods. She gives Joe a wish in who he wants to see the most. Joe’s desire was to see his mother again. During the Night of the Festival, Joe will experience a night, he’ll never forget.

This tells the story in how Dr. Gilmore became involved in the Black Ghost organization. As well as the early days of Cyborgs 001-004, who were tested and failed to succeed their tests as cyborgs. So they were put in frozen status, which preserved their age. And will be reawaken when the technology advances. During that time period, Cyborgs 005-008 were formed to what they are today. And 009 who became the last and strongest of the team. And that’s where the story began.

Giant pterodactyls(which is believed to be extinct for millions of years) suddenly appear out of nowhere; destroying planes, collapsing buildings and killing innocent lives around the globe. The nations of the world accuse each other of being terrorists and prepare to go to war. Dr. Gilmore suspects a wealthy industrialist is behind the destruction. On the steak out, 002 & 009 were by 009’s friends from the old orphanage. He’s not seen them for awhile.

009(accompanied by 002 & 003)was still upset on what happened to his friends. On their way back they found a mysterious woman who is helpless, so they helped her out. Back at their hideaway, they heard about what happened to 008. 008 was badly hurt from the attack of a Giant Albino Dinosaur, and was rushed to the recovery room. The other 00 Cyborgs examined the huge Reptile, 003 used her enhanced vision and finds out that it’s not a cyborg at all. This puzzled them, because it’s merely impossible for a dinosaur to still be living. Dr. Gilmore restored 008’s body, but only to discover that it was silver scales instead of human skin. This upset 008, even though Dr. Gilmore told him it was the only way to restore his body. 008 left the room as he believes he’s becoming more far apart from being human. Dr. Gilmore feels he’s only making matters worse. Meanwhile 006 & 007 investigated their main target, who houses many bazaar and rare animals. This seemed fishy enough and reported back to the other Cyborgs. Von Bogoot, who is actually a cyborg working for Black Ghost orders his newly advance Cyborgmen to attack 00 cyborg team’s hideaway. Will 008 accept his new body? And who is the mysterious woman that 003 & 009 found?

The 00 Cyborgs fled from their hideaway which is now burned to the ground. It’s revealed that the mysterious woman is named Helen, and has a twin named Biiana. They’re both noble-born sisters of the Pu’Awake in the Underground Kingdom of Yomi. Klaus Von Bogoot choose them and 3 of their other sisters: Aphros, Diana, and Daphne as their subordinates. however they were disenchanted by Von Bogoot’s lie of freedom for their people, and decided to find a better way in finding freedom. 004 however doesn’t trust that Biiana is true to her word, even though she resembles his lost love: Hilda. While traveling through the ocean, they were attacked by the Cyborgmen again. They salvaged their Dolphin ship, and were forced to evacuate. They went to the escape pod, only to discover that they’re unable to unhook it from the control inside, while the controls itself are outside. Biiana goes to the control of the hook, but was unable to achieve, so 004 went up to help her. But will he save her from the going down with the Dolphin itself?

009 is under confusion that was cast by an Ath-hans, and sees 004 as his enemy. 004 and Biina kept a close distance from 009, but were captured by Black Ghost’s large robot army. 006, 007, 008 and Dr. Gilmore were shocked to see Black Ghost alive, after presuming he died from falling into the nuclear reactor, it seem it would take more than that to defeat him. And he has more up his sleeve once the Pu’Awak finish his latest and most deadly creation of them all!

Black Ghost is in progress in destroying mankind. As all the nations are prepared to dominate each other. 001 teleported 009 inside Black Ghost’s Demon ship. While the others are safely teleported out sea. This is it, once 009 defeats Black Ghost, then it’ll prevent global chaos. As he faces Black Ghost, 009 discovers his true identity and the real leaders of the organization. It’s too shocking to put in words for this breathe taking episode.
